You may not be aware that Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones (also known as a “TIRZ”) are one of the most common tools used for economic development throughout the State of Texas. I was on Facebook Live on January 9th to discuss this tool in more detail and to answer questions about how a TIRZ works and how it can benefit our community.
